ZAVOPS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Serpzilla Ltd. ("Serpzilla"), a company offering SEO and link-building services. Zavops Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Zavops", "we", "our", or "us") acts as an authorized reseller of Serpzilla’s services. By accessing or using the services, you ("User", "you") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the services.

2. Services Overview

Serpzilla provides a variety of SEO and link-building services to customers, including but not limited to:

• For Publishers: Monetization of websites by posting SEO-related materials.
• For Optimizers: SEO automation tools, audit services, link optimization, personalized SEO strategies, technical and content optimization, among other related services.

The detailed description of all services provided is available on the Serpzilla platform. Services are delivered through Serpzilla’s systems and are facilitated by Zavops.

3. User Responsibilities

• The User must adhere to these Terms and the Privacy Policy of Zavops and Terms and the Privacy Policy Serpzilla.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.
• The User must not misuse the services or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
• The User must take appropriate steps to protect their personal and account data.
• The right to use the services is provided indefinitely unless terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

• Minimum Payment Requirement: The minimum amount that can be paid for using the services is 0.25 INR.
• If you are a Customer acting as both an Optimizer and a Publisher, you may open up to three accounts. If you are an Affiliate, you may open up to five accounts.
• Funds in your accounts must be used for the purpose for which they were created (Optimizer, Publisher, or Affiliate). Accounts and funds must not be co-mingled.
• Your Optimizer account must maintain a minimum balance as specified by Zavops. You can top up your account at any time.
• You may withdraw funds at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal limit and the methods available as provided by Zavops.
• Charges for services will be deducted from your account upon successful publication of SEO materials on a Publisher’s site, as verified through the Technical Control Check. You agree that this verification is conclusive for the calculation of charges and compensation.
• Payments for services will be processed through debit/credit card or other methods listed on our website.
• Invoices: If you are an Optimizer, you will receive monthly invoices for the services used during the month.
• The User agrees to cover any applicable taxes or other levies.
• The User agrees to the policies and charges set by the payment gateway and credit card providers used for transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zavops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided by Serpzilla or through Zavops.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged in connection with the services. Zavops and Serpzilla shall comply with applicable data protection laws in handling your data.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, following the procedures outlined by Zavops.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with prior written notice. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Changes to Terms

Zavops reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User, and continued use of the services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
